Delegate Criss moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

H.B. 2900 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §7-14D-24a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to the Deputy Sheriff Retirement System; allowing certain retired members to be re-employed without the suspension of annuity benefits; and setting forth conditions for the re-employment of retired members.
